We use our hands to help your body heal and specialize in Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Dry Needling, Craniosacral Therapy, Therapeutic Yoga and Manual Physical Therapy. Using our skilled hands to release the restrictions and tension that cause pain and discomfort helps you feel less pain faster and move easier with out restriction. Once your body has less pain and moves freely, specific therapeutic exercises and yoga may be added to help stabilize your body and help you return and exceed your prior fitness level.
